Twitter trying to find a way to capitalize their investments

Twitter has recently changed their API Terms Of Service introducing some things in order to avoid other enterprises to get cash from their investments. Essentially, third-party developers should no longer try to compete with Twitter on clients; instead they should focus on things like data and specific verticals for tweets.
